1) For the shipment of our products, we collaborate with the courier
company Geniki Takhydromiki.



Domestic Services

● WITHIN THE CITY

For shipment with delivery on the next working day, the charge is set at
3.50€ up to 2 kg of weight. For each additional kg, the charge is 0.80€.
For shipment with same-day delivery within a regional store, the charge
is 11.46€ up to 2 kg of weight. For each additional kg, the charge is
2.66€. For same-day shipment within Attica and Thessaloniki, the charges
of the company's price list apply.


● CASH ON DELIVERY

For each shipment with a cash on delivery order, regardless of
destination, the charge is €5.80 up to 2 kilos in weight. For each
additional kilo, the charge is €0.80 within the city, €1.00 to land
destinations and €1.80 to island destinations. The above charges also
apply to hard-to-reach destinations, and include the cost of both
transportation and the cash on delivery service.


● SAME DAY CASH ON DELIVERY

For a cash on delivery shipment that is forwarded with same-day
delivery, the surcharge on the basic charge is €4.80.


● SATURDAY DELIVERY

For each shipment with a Saturday delivery order, the surcharge on the
basic charge amounts to 2.90€.


International Services


● SHIPMENTS TO CYPRUS

For shipments with delivery within 2 working days, the charge amounts to
16.00€ up to 2 kilos of weight. For each additional kilo, the charge
amounts to 4.80€. For shipments from Attica, the option of delivery in 1
working day is provided. The above charges also apply to hard-to-reach
destinations (with delivery in 2-4 working days).


● CASH ON DELIVERY TO CYPRUS

For shipments with cash on delivery to Cyprus, the surcharge on the
basic charge amounts to 6.00€. Maximum cash on delivery value is 2,000€
per shipment.


2) It is possible to pick up your order from the company's physical
store, Riga Feraiou 4-6, Nea Erythraia, ZIP code: 14671, Attica during
store opening hours after telephone consultation.
