The products available through our online store are stored under ideal preservation and storage conditions. Regardless of our careful handling, if you receive a product that is defective, please contact our store within ten (10) business days and send photos of the product as received to info@equusriding.gr, so that the product can be returned and replaced (without any shipping costs on your part).
Products being returned must not have been opened or used and must be in their original packaging.You can return any product purchased from our online store within ten (10) calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is in its original condition, not dirty or altered, or in any condition other than its original one.
Refunds are NOT available. A credit note is issued, valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Note: In any case, the products you wish to return must be accompanied by the receipt or invoice of their purchase.
CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel your purchase at no cost, provided you request the cancellation before it is shipped. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped, you are only charged for the applicable shipping costs, even if the original shipment did not include shipping charges.
